Is there a minimum spend required for karaoke rooms?
Yes. There is a minimum spend requirement on food or drinks on Friday, Saturday & Holiday Eves, on top of the room charge. Please refer to our pricing page. (Room charge does not count towards the minimum spend).
Are deposits required for room reservation?
Most rooms do not require a deposit. If you are interested in reserving our Party Room, which fits up to 30 people and also has a Pong table inside(Can be removed if not wanted), there is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500. Large room that fits 13-15 ppl will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250. This is also the minimum spend for the room, so the deposit will be deducted from your bill when you pay.
What is your bill splitting policy?
Unfortunately, unlike a restaurant, we are unable to split bills on your orders and room charge. If you wish to pay for your drinks, food or All You Can Sing separately, please order and pay at the Front Desk or the Bar and staff will bring them to your room when ready. Once items have been ordered, we are unable to remove items from the bill. We can do a Maximum of 6 even payments per room.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, Interac debit, and major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept UnionPay.
Is there gratuity included in the bill?
Yes, there is an auto gratuity of 12% on the bill. Our servers work hard and try to provide the best service possible, so please feel free to tip extra if you feel they have served you well.
